Through Glorious Jaffna, Asia Capital is able to touch and redefine the lives of children affected by the war during the last two decades in the Northern Province who are underprivileged and who have the least access to resources, education and proper nourishment. The overall objective of the programme is to make the children in this region on a comparable stead with the children from other parts of the country.
Providing funding for education will be the best source that can be used to achieve the above objective. This programme hopes to build a bridge between the children in the North and children elsewhere in the country, and allow us to put a bit of Jaffna into our lives. The Educational Sponsorship Programme will provide educational funding for 500 children initially, with an ultimate target of 10000 children.
