Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Minimum 10-15 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or a large service-driven organization.
Strong strategic planning, governance, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to drive growth, brand positioning, and organizational culture. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or MBA.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Minimum 10 years’ operational leadership experience, ideally in multi-property or complex operations.
Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, service quality, and cost control. Strong people leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operations, or MBA.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
8-10 years of financial leadership experience in a corporate or hospitality environment. Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance.
Proven ability to support strategic decision-making and risk management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce with CA/ACCA / CIMA qualification.
Director – Operations
Minimum 8-10 years of operational experience in hospitality or related service industries.
Strong knowledge of SOPs, service standards, and operational efficiency.
Ability to lead department heads and ensure consistent guest experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Operations, or Business Management.
General Manager – Sales
Minimum 7-10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle brands. Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and key account management.
Strong skills in strategic sales planning, team leadership, and brand representation. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, CIM/SLIM, Business Management or MBA preferred.
Sales Manager
Minimum 3-5 years of hotel or service-industry sales experience.
Strong ability in client acquisition, negotiations, and relationship management.
Preferably a female with excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, CIM/SLIM, or Business Management.
Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred for all the above positions.
