Mr. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and Law from Strathclyde University and is a member of both the ICAS and HKICPA.

He brings over 30 years of experience in Accountancy and Finance.

He is the Managing Director of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited and serves on the Asia Pacific Regional Board of Baker Tilly International.

Additionally, he is the Finance Director of the Dan Ryan’s Restaurant Group operator and an Independent Executive Director on the Board of Global Tech (Holdings) Limited, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
